Remember my visit at Guu Toronto ? Well that was good but nothing beats Guu at Vancouver. This is the newest Guu out of the 4 and it’s my first visit. It’s on par with the rest and we had 9 dishes. It’s finally time to say goodbye to Toronto. Our final destination of this summer’s busy trip. Throughout the 12 days in each city, it has opened my eyes entirely on another level of street culture. While each city has it’s pros and cons in terms of the skill level of where people are at through the elements of hip-hop culture, there’s definitely a certain flavour and attitude within each area of Canada. I would like to also say thanks to everyone that helped us along the way on seeking out the right people to feature. It’s easy to see someone’s work and achievements but often times it’s hard to know about one’s reputation in the scene and people’s advices and suggestions have all been taken in consideration on our Eastern Canada features. Look forward for the inclusion of the East Coast editions of justalilhype! Magazine.
Starbucks is probably one of the things you either love or hate but at the same time can never get away with. Just like McDonald’s, it’s everywhere! Throughout our justalilhype! Eastern Canada Trip, Starbucks is often times a spot chosen for interviews to be conducted. There are only really a few drinks I get from Starbucks. This includes Refresh/Zen Tea, Coffee, Iced Coffee, green tea lemonade, and black tea apple juice. I use to like their Mocha but there other coffee shops does it a lot better. I miss Second Cup in Montreal where they have their italian sodas and I am looking forward for Blenz’s dark chocolate mocha when I return to mocha.
