Keep in mind that we have blogs, collaborations, and the magazine – we launch each issue on the 13th or 14th of each month. Our Webmaster, Frankie, just came back from a long four months in the boonies of Waterloo. There, he served his co-op term at Research in Motion and learned a lot of new things. Much needed, we took Frankie out to probably one of the best places to get ramen and had a good chat about things to come for justalilhype!. Needless to say, you should be HYPED up for what’s to come. Frankie finally got his first button and will be reppin it when he hits up Japan in a couple days! After that, he’ll be reppin it in Seattle where he’ll be working for Microsoft for four months.

Our newest buttons are here, supplied by Six Cent Press, and they sport our new revamped logo. These buttons are extremely limited, unlike the batches that we’ve had in the past. We are doing some fun stuff with our buttons so be on the lookout for cool things. For now, here’s a picture – there’s a slim chance you’ll get to have one in your hand.

justalilhype! Crew checked out the Olympic Flame. The journey to see the torch was a hassle as there were lots of tourists around to see this attraction before the closing ceremonies of the Olympics. We dashed through the crowds as always and got a good photo with the Flame. There’s really nothing much to say about it. Other than the awkward moment that Alan and Jenkin had upon asking a random DSLR qualified tourist to help us take a photo, when we could not find the camera which Christine was holding, and people randomly singing our national anthem. Nevertheless, in the end of the day justalilhype! is proud to be representing Vancouver and Canada from all aspects, just don’t let us down tomorrow Men’s Canada Hockey Team! GO GOLD!
