Today, the justalilhype! Crew met up with Hamburger Disco and we had an epic dinner with them. They took us out to Splitz Grill, where the burgers are epic beyond measure. First of all, the legendary burger, single patty, is good enough to fill you up. But they have a triple stacker too! I wonder how these people possibly finish burgers like that. After a messy-as-fuck meal, we were all satisfied and plump. Now… we feel gross yet happy and we can’t breathe because of the burgers. Epic.

The justalilhype! Crew is definitely moving fast. Over the weekend, we probably hit up three to four different things, each day, whether it’s events or meeting up with friends and fans of justalilhype!. Once again, the Cheap Bastards has taken advantage of a benevolent system. We heard that the Marine Drive McDonalds was doing a promo on their store and was doing a cheap happy meal / McChicken thing. $2 each. TWO DOLLARS! Between the three of us, we got eight Happy Meals and two McChickens! We were there for over an hour, eating away.
The problem was, they ran out of the Olympic mascots. What a bummer! So we took our fat, cheap asses and drove out to another McDonalds and exchanged ALL the toys……. IN A DRIVE THROUGH. Needless to say we were fat, full, sick, and happy, all at the same time.
So, this starts a little mini series we call “Cheap Bastards”, ’cause that’s exactly what we are. We heard about this free/cheap meal deal going on and as poor and struggling students, we couldn’t possibly let our starving stomaches go on any longer. We hit up Burger King for part 1 of Cheap Bastards. It doesn’t get anymore cheap than this: free breakfast. BK was giving out free breakfast sandwiches and of course we jumped on that. But wait, our cheapness doesn’t end there. One wasn’t enough and since there wasn’t a restriction, we went a total of three times through the lineup. WE EVEN BROUGHT OUR OWN APPLE JUICE. Aren’t we damn cheap?
